I am an Executive Coach, Consultant by nature, and experienced Facilitator, passionate about ensuring people working in corporate settings have an uplifting, gratifying, and authentic experience. My emphasis on organization effectiveness through active research culminates in developing & delivering energizing people engagement programs.
I did some soul searching and asked myself how I can best harness my passion and vast transferable skills. My answer, serve organizations and leaders to find their way in putting people first. With my ability to diagnose organizational barriers & inefficiencies, bring those insights into actionable plans, and my strong process improvement, project and change management skills, I am able to positively impact organizations through the consulting model.
I have a successful track record of project and program delivery in the Healthcare and Health Plan industry with a focus in Information Technology and Revenue Cycle. Working in operations has ensured my continuous focus on process improvement and a Masters in Organizational Psychology aligns with my values to put people in the center. I am Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. I am a Certified Professional Coach, CPC, from the College of Executive Coaching and am a Board Certified Coach (BCC). I also hold certificates to work with Myers Briggs, The Predictive Index, and EQi 2.0 assessments.
My core values….People First. Kindness Counts. Integrity always.
